Thirty-nine years ago, my father, Jacques Kupfer—of blessed memory—was asked to mobilize the Jewish community of France to build a nursery school on a rocky plot of land in Kiryat Arba.
He stepped up.
And it was for its inauguration that the first Yom Hevron was born.
Then, he was asked to mobilize support once again—this time to add another floor to the Shavei Hevron Yeshiva, which at the time had only a handful of yeshiva students.
Once again, he did it.
Hebron, City of the Fathers turned City of the Sons
At the time, Hebron was a city under fire from attacks, particularly on this very street where we marched earlier.
But my father, a visionary, knew that this situation was only temporary. He knew that Hebron—the source of our right to all of Eretz Yisrael—had to be strengthened.
He already envisioned the Hebron of the future: the City of the Fathers transformed into the City of the Sons—a fully sovereign Hebron.
And today, look!
The daycare center accommodates dozens of children. More than 500 yeshiva students study in this building, which now has seven floors.
The Archivi Makom Ohaleh association, which my father supported, buys up our enemies' buildings and brings new Jewish neighborhoods into existence.
It is an irreversible movement: the renewal of Jewish settlements in Hebron and throughout Judea and Samaria. And tomorrow, God willing, we will see the same renewal in Gaza!
Torah of Israel, People of Israel, and Land of Israel
October 7th reminded us of a burning truth: we must return to our identity, to our roots, to our faith.
Compromises regarding our land have never brought peace. They have brought only war.
The absolute victory we seek will come only if we remain steadfastly committed to three things: the Torah of Israel, the People of Israel, and the Land of Israel.
And it is here, in Hebron, that the Lord promised this Land to Abraham, then to Isaac, and then to Jacob.
To ensure the message is clear and definitive: this land belongs to the Jewish people, and to the Jewish people alone!
In less than three months, we will be called to the polls.
We must vote for those who have this axiom engraved in their hearts; those who will carry forward the historic progress Israel has already begun; those who harbor no illusions about the nature of our enemies; those who have successfully waged a war on seven fronts and know that it must be brought to a conclusion.
The Francophone community must rise up in force and vote: hard to the right! Hard to the right!
For this government will still face an immense mission: to continue this war of Redemption without kneeling before international opinion—including that of our friends.
Our Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, has proven time and again that he knows how to silence even American demands when Israel's security is at stake.
Proclaim sovereignty
Above all, this government must proclaim sovereignty: Jewish sovereignty over all the lands liberated in 1967 and over all those liberated since October 7.
Where our soldiers fought with heroism worthy of the Maccabees, where Jewish blood was shed, these lands must once again become Jewish.
- Sovereignty over all of Judea and Samaria.
- Sovereignty over the entire Gaza Strip.
- Sovereignty over the crown of Hermon.
- Sovereignty over Southern Lebanon, which is nothing other than Northern Israel.
Ministers, do not listen to the voices of those who, like the explorers of old, trembled at the thought of conquering the Earth.
Hear our voice: the voice of the worthy descendants of Caleb son of Jephunneh, who came to this very place—Hebron—to draw the strength to liberate the land promised by the Lord.
We will also need to massively encourage the voluntary emigration of our enemies.
Apparently, a certain Emmanuel Grégoire has offered them honorary citizenship… Let him take them all!
France has truly sunk very low.
"I, too, am issuing a warrant to bring in."
Some of you know this: France has issued a warrant for my arrest.
Grounds? Complicity in genocide and crimes against humanity.
Yes, I took part in blocking the "inhumanitarian" trucks while our hostages were suffering in agony in captivity.
Yes, I stated that there is no innocent civilian population in Gaza.
And I stand by it loud and clear!
It is not surprising that pro-Palestinian organizations are filing complaints against me. But that French judges are cooperating and issuing a summons to appear…
Mind you, France has a long memory when it comes to collaboration.
In any case, this mandate means only one thing: submission. Submission to conquering Islam.
But I will defend myself, for this war is also a war for the truth. Our truth. And I will uphold it with pride.
I already have my answer for those judges and for the pathetic Macron, who dared to recognize the pseudo-state of Palestine. I have my answer for the antisemitism that is once again running rampant in France: I, too, am issuing an arrest warrant!
A summons to appear for all the Jews of France! A summons to appear in Israel!
Reason? Membership of the Jewish nation. The duty to join the gathering of the exiles.
Jews of France, come home.
Jews of France, come home! We want you here!
Stop being passive subjects of history in exile. Come and be active participants in our history. Come and experience the Redemption with us!
In fact, I am going to ask everyone who made Aliyah this year to stand up.
Stand up!
Let us applaud these olim hadashim—pioneers of the mass Aliyah we long for with all our hearts.
Your presence here, on Yom Hevron, is a powerful symbol: you have returned to the tombs of your Patriarchs to share the news with them. After two thousand years of exile, you are back on ancestral soil!
Be aware of your exceptional merit: you are the generation of the Return.

"It is possible that one day a muezzin will call out from the Eiffel Tower... but there will never be an Arab state in Hebron."
Hebron has been Jewish since the beginning and for eternity.
The whole of Eretz Yisrael belongs to the Jewish people for eternity. From the sea to the Jordan, there will be only one flag: the flag of Israel!
The Lion of Judah has awakened!
May its roars make our enemies tremble! And may we, very soon, celebrate absolute victory together!
